Senior Design Manager, Global In-Store & Digital Commerce- PayPal

Led a team of 5 designers for all PayPal experiences in-store, in person and online across commerce journeys that exist outside of the traditional checkout experience. Product portfolio included PayPal Here (mPOS) through the acquisition of iZettle, PayPal Key virtual card, PayPal Cash Card and card products, NFC, QR code touch-free payments, value added shopping integrations, digital wallet and integrated marketing campaigns. Spearheaded the QR code Moonshot as the core team design leader across PayPal and Venmo which launched a 6 month roadmap in 30 days across 28 markets with a team of 500+, to respond to COVID challenges for buyers and sellers (casual sellers, SMBs, MM and enterprise).

  • Formulated company’s design direction, product visioning, strategy and roadmap, working closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure the vision aligns with broader company objectives.

TripCraft offers the travel industry’s first mobile commerce (mCommerce) platform, built to interface easily with brand systems. Whether CMS, CRS, PMS, rates and availability, guest loyalty, marketing, e-commerce, and other CRM initiatives, the platform is built to empower mobile solutions with the data to make it comprehensive and effective.

  • Led creative and product direction, guidance and management for ongoing projects as well as the day-to-day deliverables while maintaining consistent brand standards and visual style guidelines.
